Taking the first step is challenging, but we are here to help and address your concerns to help you get started.

Privacy

We adhere to the best security standards to protect your privacy and personal information. Your information will not be shared with anyone except the supervising therapist.

Cost

We offer a $50 discount on the first week to help reduce the cost of the first week to only $25 in order to help you take the first step and try Sawa before committing.

Not sure where to start

This is the top concern on most of our clients’ minds, don’t worry the therapist you will work with will help you organize your thoughts. Our therapists are trained on helping you build strategies on how to cope with your thoughts.

Take your time

You don’t have to share everything on your first session. Building trust with your therapist is part of the journey, you can delay talking about the more sensitive issues until later sessions.
